Requisitos del sorteo

Al ingresar tus datos en este sorteo de Premalilah (en adelante nosotros), reconoces haber leído y aceptado las reglas oficiales de este sorteo.

El sorteo de Premalilah esta abierto para toda persona mayor de 18 años al tiempo de su registro. Residente principalmente de Chile o que quiera ayudar a publicitar a los residentes de Chile. Cualquier otro lugar del mundo no podrá cobrar los premios de este caso de manera que quedarán excluidos.

No es necesario realizar ninguna compra para poder ganar.

COMO ENTRAR:

Para entrar al sorteo, siga las instrucciones en pantalla para completar y enviar el registro online (”registro principal”). Usted podrá tener una posibilidad extra de ganar cuando envíe la página del sorteo a un amiga/o, mayor de 18 años, siguiendo las indicaciones en pantalla (”Registro Adicional”). El/la amigo/a referida deberá ingresar a la pagina por medio de la referencia hecha por usted para que se registre como un registro adicional. Todas los registros deben realizarse antes de  February 15, 12:45AM -03 (“El periodo de registro del sorteo”). Todos los ingresos online estarán sujetas a todas la reglas incluidas en y no limitadas a las Políticas de Privacidad del Sitio.

PRIZES & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (“ARV”):

El Precio máximo total es: $98.000. El precio incluye: Pack de relajación y sanación total. Si por alguna razón el ganador no puede cobrar su premio y lo anuncia de esta manera, el premio será transferido a otra persona de la base de datos, previa realización de un sorteo.

OPORTUNIDAD DE GANAR:

La oportunidad de ganar estará determinada por la cantidad de registros realizados por persona durante el Periodo de Registro del Sorteo.

THE FOLLOWING APPLIES TO THE ABOVE:

El/la ganador/a será elegido/a entre los registros recibidos. Se realizará un sorteo al azar a través de una pagina web de sorteos definida al momento de realizar el sorteo. El sorteo se realizará el February 15, 09:00PM -03 por la representante de Premalilah cuya decisión será final. Los ganadores serán notificados vía email y/o correo físico y según la discreción de los jueces quedará si será necesario hacer una confirmación via correo electrónico para validar el proceso después de 7 días luego de la realización del sorteo, o un nuevo ganador será seleccionado. El premio y sus partes podrán ser canjeadas a partir de la realización del sorteo hasta el mes de noviembre de 2018.

El premio no podrá ser canjeado o cambiado por dinero.

Los participantes que se registren al concurso están de acuerdo con estas Reglas Oficiales y con las decisiones del Organizador, y liberan, y no considerarán responsable a Premalilah ni a ninguno de sus miembros o representantes de cualquier alegato, problema, daño o consecuencia producto del uso o mal uso  de los premios. El organizador no es responsable de ningún error tipográfico o de otro tipo en la impresión de la oferta, en la administración de la misma o en el anuncio del premio.

Winner acknowledges the Sponsor and all other businesses concerned with this Sweepstakes and their agents do not make, nor are in any manner responsible for any warranty, representations, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative the quality, conditions, fitness or merchantability of any aspect of prize.

In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the “Authorized Account Holder” of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. Authorized Account Holder means the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered, or mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices are void. The Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible or incomplete entries; or (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or any combination thereof; or (iii) any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you (i) agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor and the independent judging organization, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to permanently disqualify from any sweepstakes it sponsors any person it believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules and cancel the Sweepstakes if it becomes technically corrupted (including if a computer virus, bot or system malfunction inalterably impairs its ability to conduct the Sweepstakes), and to select winner from among all eligible entries received prior to withdrawal. Legal Warning: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN individual, whether or not an ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE, destroy, tamper or vandalize this WEB SITE OR interfere with the OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS and SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES and diligently pursue all remedies against ANY SUCH individual TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

ARBITRATION:

This Sweepstakes shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Región Metropolitana, Chile. without regard to its conflicts of laws provisions. By participating, entrants agree that any and all disputes arising out of or relating in any way to this Sweepstakes shall be litigated only in courts sitting in Santiago, Región Metropolitana, Chile.
